We’re Amiritz — builders with a heart for people.
Amiritz is an independent parent studio. We create and nurture a family of digital products — today that’s Gradwit for teachers, Aruga for households, and Ember: Adventure Packing and Split for adventure buddies — each born from a simple question: how can technology make this part of life kinder and easier?
Our mission
To build thoughtful digital products that help teachers teach, households run with care, and friends make memories together — tools that feel less like software and more like a helping hand.
Our vision
A world where everyday technology quietly empowers everyday people — where a teacher, a household, and a barkada of adventure buddies all have a product made with them in mind.
The Amiritz way
Start with empathy
We sit with the problem — and the people who live it — before we write a single line of code.
Build small, build well
Focused products, carefully crafted. We’d rather do a few things excellently than many things halfway.
Rooted, yet global
Our ideas are inspired by the values of home — care for family, respect for learning, strength of community — and built for the world.
Honest & transparent
With our users, partners, and each other, we say what we mean and build what we promise.
Always learning
Like the teachers behind Gradwit, we stay curious — experimenting, iterating, and improving every day.
Leave it warmer
Like an ember, we hope every interaction with our products leaves people a little warmer than we found them.
From one idea to a family of products
-
The beginning
A single question
Amiritz began with a simple frustration: the tools people use every day rarely feel like they were made for them. We set out to change that — one thoughtful product at a time.
-
First spark
Gradwit takes shapeOur first product, Gradwit, grew from watching Filipino teachers juggle student records, scores, and attendance across notebooks and spreadsheets — all while chasing DepEd reporting deadlines. We built the one place where it all comes together.
-
With care
Aruga bloomsInspired by the Filipino value of aruga — nurturing care — we created a home app where household members can share action items, a calendar, illness and medication tracking, the household budget, and more.
-
Gathering warmth
Ember ignitesSeeing adventure buddies wrestle with scattered packing lists and messy expense splits, we built Ember: Adventure Packing and Split — to turn plans into campfires.

Today & beyond
One studio, growing family
Today, Amiritz stands as the proud parent of Gradwit, Aruga, and Ember: Adventure Packing and Split — and we’re just getting started. New ideas are always warming up in the studio.
